Registering on the Diamond Mobile App is very easy, and it can be done either of two ways, i.e., via Internet Banking ID or with Debit Card. So it’s your choice. Now let me take you through the step by step guide of registering for either.
Apparently, the first thing you need to do is to download the Diamond Mobile App from iTunes App Store, Google Play, Windows App Store and Blackberry Markets (is Blackberry still functional in Naija?). Anyway, if you downloaded the app, the app icon will automatically appear on your device.
Now tap the icon to open the application. Select register and follow the three steps below to authenticate your details.
Registering For The Diamond Mobile App with Internet Banking ID:
Step 1: Key in your Internet Banking User ID and any of your account numbers then select submit. A registration code will be generated and sent to your registered phone number in the form of SMS.
Step 2: Enter the registration code sent to your phone number and click on submit
Step 3: Select a password that should not be less than six characters. This password is what you will use to access this service at any time. Now, reconfirm your password; pick a four-digit pin for transactions, reconfirm your pin and click confirm.
And now for the other option:
Registering For The Diamond Mobile App with Debit Card:
Step 1: Put in your 16-digit Diamond Debit card number, and account number then click on submit. The Internet Banking User ID and registration code will be generated and sent to your registered phone number in the form of an SMS.
Step 2: Key in the Internet Banking User ID and registration code received and click on submit.
Step 3: Choose a password that is not less than six characters. You will need this password to access this service at any time. You now need to reconfirm your password; select a 4 digit pin for transactions, reaffirm pin and click on confirm.
That’s it! Your Diamond Mobile App is now registered.
